jdpyy Terms & Conditions and Agreement

Registering an account, accessing, or using the jdpyy platform in any way is considered confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any section, you must stop using the service.

In these terms and conditions, "platform", "we", and "service" refer to jdpyy and its full range of services. "Player", "user", and "you" refer to anyone who accesses and plays on the platform.

Players must be 21+ to use the jdpyy platform. This is not a disclaimer — it is an access requirement. No one under this age will be permitted to register an account, nor will they be targeted with any advertising or promotional content.

• Your real name and age must be provided accurately during account registration.
• Only users located in Myanmar may access and play.
• Accessing the platform from a location where gambling is prohibited by law is not permitted.
• We may request proof of age documents at any time and reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if they cannot be provided.

2.1 Individual Accounts

Each individual may only hold one account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicates are found, all related accounts will be suspended and any remaining funds will be handled after investigation.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Details

Players must provide their real name, age, and contact details as shown on their Myanmar national ID. Any account opened with false information may be closed at any time, and funds will not be released.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their account password secure. Sharing or lending it to anyone is strictly prohibited. jdpyy is not responsible for any losses that occur if a third party accesses your account.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits on the jdpyy platform can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: 20,000 Ks (all methods)
• The depositor and account holder must be the same person — third-party deposits are not allowed
• All transactions are in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only — no currency conversion

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
• Standard processing time: within 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals must use the same method as the deposit
• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met
• If suspicious money laundering activity is clearly detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during investigation

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at jdpyy, you can receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.

Examples (calculated):

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → total balance 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement 20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks
• Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → receive 500,000 Ks bonus (maximum) → total balance 1,520,000 Ks → wagering requirement 500,000 × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is available once per person — it cannot be claimed again under the same household, phone number, or IP address
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirement is met
• Until the bonus wagering requirement is fully met, winnings from bonus funds are treated as bonus balance only, not as real cash
• We reserve the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time without prior notice

The jdpyy VIP program has 5 tiers. Your tier rises as your play activity increases — it is not based solely on a fixed spending threshold, but on your long-term engagement.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback is calculated weekly based on your losses. Cashback is credited as bonus funds.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Bonus abuse — playing in a way designed solely to collect bonuses
• Any transfer that constitutes money laundering
• Accepting deposits or making withdrawals on behalf of a third party
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated playing method
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities
• Collusion between players

If any of the above is detected, we reserve the right to close the account, confiscate funds, and take legal action.

Every player using the jdpyy platform must fulfil the following responsibilities:

• Keep personal information accurate and up to date
• Ensure that all play is done voluntarily using your own funds
• The platform's Responsible Gaming tools must be used with care and good judgment.
• Players must confirm that all actions are carried out by themselves.
• jdpyy services must be used in compliance with applicable laws.

9.1 Service Changes

jdpyy reserves the right to modify services, games, bonus offers, and these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Players are responsible for checking for updates regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9.2 Account Suspension

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may request this through 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be withdrawn before the account is closed. We also reserve the right to suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a violation.

Although jdpyy provides online gaming services, we are not responsible for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from the player's own actions
• Account breaches resulting from the player's own security failures
• Matters arising from the player's violation of local laws and regulations
• Issues caused by third-party payment service providers
